Richard B. Cheney a distinguished businessman and public servant is vice-president of the United States. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13, he and his family transferred from Lincoln Nebraska Casper Wyoming in the state where his father headed the U.S. Department of Agriculture's local conservation districts.
